Wi's Traiteur, founded in 2009 by William Luis (a former compagnon du devoir, who trained with some of the great names in French gastronomy, such as Yves Thuriès, Alain Ducasse and the late Bernard Loiseau), quickly established itself as one of Toulouse's leading caterers.
Wi's Traiteur works in a modern laboratory located in Toulouse intramuros, meeting the latest European sanitary standards and holding an approval number issued by the Haute-Garonne departmental laboratory in 2010.
It also obtained a QUALIVORE/IRQUALIM certificate in April 2016, attesting to the quality and provenance of the products used.
