43EME MYCOTOXIN WORKSHOP
May 30th to June 1st 2022
This Congress is under the aegis of the Society for Mycotoxin Research. It is a consortium of teacher-researchers and researchers from Toulouse ENSAT, IE-Purpan, University of Toulouse, IRD and INRAE who were in charge of organizing this 43rd edition. This congress is totally dedicated to mycotoxins, toxic chemical contaminants produced by microscopic fungi commonly found in foodstuffs.
