This study results are based on representative surveys and a Big Data analysis, covering the entire travel experience, from inspiration to sharing. The survey "Pulse of European Cities' e-Reputation" was powered by ECM (European Cities of Marketing) and was carried out at the end of 2018.
Based on trend analysis factors on the networks (topics conferences, destination leadership, venues' experiences, innovative sectors relative to destination) , the aim is to highlight the destination reputation on the MICE sector.
In the last quarter of 2018, Toulouse appears, the only French city, in the top 10 of this European ranking.
